We are delighted to extend an invitation to you and your esteemed business to participate in the upcoming PICOSI event, scheduled to take place on June 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with our theme: Filipino Fiesta!!

The event is a celebration of Filipino culture (dance, food, sports, etc.) and will provide an excellent opportunity to promote your brand, network with potential clients and customers, and boost your sales. We have already received an overwhelming response from attendees who are eager to explore what you have to offer.

Event Details:

Date: June 7, 2025

Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (starts with Mass at 10AM)

Setup Time: 9 AM

Location: Sacred Heart School Campus Grounds, 950 Castleton Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310

 

Vendor Logistics:

• Assigned Spaces: Non-food vendors will be allocated 10x10 spaces, while there are only 3 coveted spots for food trucks, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis at $400 each.

• Fees: Food trucks will be charged $400, food vendors will be charged $300, and non-food vendors will incur a fee of $150 (which may be shared with at most one additional vendor in a 10x10 space).

• Setup: Please arrive no earlier than 9AM and be ready with your setup by 11:00 AM. Tables will be provided, but vendors are expected to bring their tablecloths, tents, decorations, signage, staff, and chairs. 

• Parking: Each vendor will be assigned one parking spot. If you require additional parking, each reserved spot will cost an additional $25.

• Garbage: Vendors are kindly requested to bring their garbage receptacles and ensure that all generated waste is taken away upon departure.
   

How to Confirm Your Participation:

2. Payment: Further details regarding payment will be provided upon confirmation of your registration.

3. Confirmation: Following your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your assigned location and additional event details.
